For the chocolate gansache: Beat the powdered butter and cocoa powder in a small bowl until smooth.

Add in the ginger root, ginger powder, powdered chocolate and powdered milk and mix well.

Beat on low speed for 1 minute.

Remove from heat.

Gently stir in the powdered chocolate.

Divide the batter between 2 plates and shape into a cake shape.

Bake for about 30 minutes at 400 degrees Celsius.
