White cake is a favourite of mine.
It’s one of my favourite desserts.
I’ve made a few versions of it in the past, but never made a pumpkin pie version.
It was such a delicious treat that I thought I would share it with you.
Pumpkin pie filling is a simple dessert to make.
Simply add a dollop of pumpkin pie or pumpkin pie pie filling to a cake mix.
It is best if you use a cake that is at least a 1.25cm thick.
Then you can shape the cake around the pumpkin pie, then bake it.
For a pumpkin cake with a frosting topping, you’ll need to use a 3cm layer cake.
To make the cake, first you need to prepare the filling.
Mix up a few tablespoons of the filling ingredients.
Then, add a layer of icing to the top.
Pour over the cake and bake at 325C/425F for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Enjoy!
