Ingredients 2 cups strawberry cake mix 2 tablespoons powdered sugar 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons butter, melted 2 tablespoons light cream, softened 2 tablespoons heavy cream, cooled 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest (optional) Directions Mix the cake mix, powdered sugar and butter together in a medium bowl.
In a large bowl, cream the butter, cream cheese and heavy cream until creamy, about 2 minutes.
Add the vanilla extract and lemon zests.
Pour the batter into the prepared muffin tin.
Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cool completely before serving.
