This recipe, created by an amateur, is easy to make, uses only a few ingredients and has an unusual flavour.
The ingredients are simple and straightforward – salmon cake, lemon and lemonade.

Ingredients: 1.5 litres (1.6 quarts) of warm water 2.5 lemons 3 tablespoons of butter, melted 1 egg yolk 2 teaspoons of lemon juice 1 cup of chopped lemon zest 1 teaspoon of baking powder 1/4 teaspoon of salt 1/2 cup of milk (I used whole milk) Directions: Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until well combined.
Add water and pulse until the mixture resembles coarse flour.
Add the melted butter, egg yolks, lemon juice and baking powder, pulse until combined.
Pour the mixture into a greased cake tin.
Place in the fridge for one hour, or in the freezer for up to two days.
Serve immediately, or refrigerate for up
